Ingredients:
Paneer- 150gm
Butter – 1-2 tbsp (as per your requirement)
Capsicum – 1/2 cup
Green moong sprouts – 1/2 cup
Moong dal ( lentils) -1/8 cup
Chana dal ( lentils) -1/8 cup
Masoor dal ( lentils) -1/8 cup
Urad dal ( lentils) -1/8 cup
Fenugreek seeds- 1/2 tsp
Rice -1/8 cup
Rock Salt – as par your taste
Black pepper- 1/4 tsp
Turmeric- 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder- 1/4 tsp
Corn flour- 1 tsp
Green chili – 3
Ginger- 1inch
Garlic- 6 cloves
Dry mango powder-1/4 tsp
Chmin powder- 1/3 tsp
Coriander leaves- 1/3 cup
Pizza sauce or tomato sauce or chatni- 2 tbsp
Cheese- 1/2 cup
Oregano and chili flakes for Sprinkle
