In this video, you are going to learn how to make homemade healthy banana-pumpkin bread from scratch!

I’ve divided out the calories per serving size so that you can fit it into your diet even if you are in a calorie deficit.

Who doesn’t like baked goods?

Regardless of whether I am dieting or not,

I always find a way to incorporate a healthy version of baked goods into my lexicon.

0:15 Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:

-1.5 overly ripe bananas (150kcal)

-3 eggs (214kcal)

-1.5 cup oat flour (450kcal)

-¼ cup coconut oil (486kcal)

-¾ cup pumpkin puree (62kcal)

-pumpkin spice

-2 tsp baking powder

-1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

1.) Mash the banana and mix in your other wet ingredients (eggs, oil, pumpkin puree).

2.) Add your dry ingredients to the mix (oat flour, baking powder, salt, pumpkin spice).

3.) Bake at 350 for 1.5 hours.

Once it is finished baking, you want to make sure to let it rest for at least 2 hours.

If you can wait longer than that – even better.

This resting process is going to finish bread and create a perfectly cooked loaf.

My favorite way to eat this bread is to top it with a little bit of honey or jam.

You can even eat it accompanying savory dishes.

I divide this entire loaf into 6 servings.

Each slice contains 195kcal

12g of fat

17g of carbs

5g of protein

Whenever you are dieting, you want to have something that is homemade and healthy to kill those sweet cravings.

Let me know how you liked this recipe or how you like to make your pumpkin bread!

Cheers, see you next time!
