Ingredients:
3 pita breads
Homemade tomato sauce – recipe below
6 slices prosciutto (3 oz)
6 slices light swiss cheese – you can also use fresh mozzarella (70 calories per ounce)
6 large eggs
For tomato sauce:
10 oz San Marzano style canned tomatoes – I use Nina that I buy at Costco
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp sea salt (if you are using table salt reduce the amount)
Crashed black pepper
