Macros entire recipe: 620 calories, 62C, 18F, 52P
Chicken breast 180g
Rice raw 50g
Wok vegetables 250g
Coconut milk 100g
Stock 100g
Green curry paste 50g
Oil 5g

Slice chicken the breast into bite-size pieces, and try to cut them into equal thickness. Chop up vegetables or measure 250g of frozen vegetables.

Heat up a pot over medium heat and add 5g of oil and then add in the curry paste. Fry the curry paste for about 2 minutes. Then add in stock and coconut milk, give it a stir, and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Add in vegetables and let the vegetables cook for additional 2 minutes before adding the sliced chicken. Slowly cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes until cooked through, use a food thermometer or take 1 piece out and cut it open to check doneness.

Place cooked rice in a bowl, add all of the green curry and squeeze some fresh lime juice on top, done!
