Ingredients:
✅ Beijing cabbage – 1/2 pc.
✅ Onion — 1 pc.
✅ Apple – 1 pc.
✅ Boiled tuna fillet (or canned) – 7 oz.
✅ Garlic clove – 2 pcs.
✅ Salt and pepper – to taste.
✅ White yogurt – 7 oz.
🍴Cooking:
👉 Cut ½ chinese cabbage
👉 Finely chop 2 garlic cloves
👉 Add garlic to cabbage bowl
👉 Finely chop 1 onion
👉 Add onions to cabbage and garlic
👉 Finely chopped 1 apple
👉 Add apple to cabbage and garlic
👉 Add 7 oz of tuna fillet (boiled or canned)
👉 Add 7 oz of white yogurt
👉 Add salt and pepper to taste
👉 Mix all ingredients
Delicious salad is ready!

4. Cut 1 bunch of green onions.
5. Cut 5 small tomatoes.
6. Pour canned corn into 1/2 cup salad.
7. Prepare the sauce*.

✅ Canned tuna – 1 can.
✅ Cilantro – 1/4 cup.
✅ Olive oil – 1 tablespoon.
✅ Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon.
✅ Salt and pepper – to taste.
✅ Cashew nuts – 20 g.
🍴Cooking:
👉 Peel ad chop 1 avocado.
👉 Chop 1 cucumber and add to avocado.
👉 Add 1 can of canned tuna.
👉 Add 1/4 cup cilantro.
👉 Mix all ingredients.
👉 Add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
👉 Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
👉 Salt and pepper to taste
👉 Mix all ingredients.
