Ingredients-
4 bread slices (remove the sides)
4 tbsp curd
100 gm paneer
2 tbsp grated carrot
1 small onion chopped finely
1 tsp corriander leaves
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
Method-
Take curd in a bowl. Add bread. Let bread soak the curd. After 10 min add grated paneer and all the other ingredients.
Note- You can add veggies of your choice.
Shape as desired and shallow fry in a non stick pan using oil or ghee.
Sprinkle some chaat masala and serve hot.

Another method- You can make dough using/ by mixing together curd, paneer and bread..Mix other ingredients seperately. Fill this mixture in the dough and flatten to give flat oval shape. then shallow fry.
