Ingredients

1 bunch of washed spinach (100 grams)
100 grams grated paneer
1/4 cup chopped spring onion
chopped coriander leaves
1 inch finely chopped ginger
2 chopped green chillies
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1 teaspoon crushed carom seeds
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
3/4 cup grams flour
1/4 cup rice flour
salt to taste
2 tablespoon oil
parchment paper
olive oil

Preparation Method

First, in a mixing bowl, combine the 1 bunch of washed spinach (100 grams),
100 grams grated paneer,1/4 cup chopped spring onion,chopped coriander leaves
1 inch finely chopped ginger,2 chopped green chillies,1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder,1 teaspoon chilli flakes,1 teaspoon crushed carom seeds,1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds,1 tablespoon sesame seeds,1/2 cup grams flour,1/4 cup rice flour,salt to taste and 2 tablespoon oil. Mix everything together.”If its not binding properly ass 2 tablespoon more gram flour and then mix all well.
Preheat cosori air fryer for 5 minutes at 205 degree c. Then in the basket place parchment paper. Then grease palm with oil and take small portion of mixture and make any shape of your choice and place in the air fryer basket. Set cosori air fryer temperature at 190 degree c for 15 minutes. Cook for 8 minutes and then take out and apply olive oil on both sides. Then let it cook and flip in between. Once the pakoras are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving plate. You can serve with sweet chilli sauce or green chutney.
