Malai Kofta is a popular vegetarian dish from Indian cuisine. It consists of deep-fried dumplings made from paneer (Indian cottage cheese) and potato, served in a creamy and rich tomato-based gravy. The word “malai” refers to cream, and “kofta” refers to the dumplings. In this recipe I have used an appe pan to make kofta without deep frying. This way you can avoid unhealthy deep frying.
