Collection of just some random meal ideas / snacks that are pretty easy to make, and don’t require that many ingredients. Includes breakfast / lunch & casual dinner ideas as well.
Banana oat pancakes:
1 pack of instant oats (or enough oats until a thick mixture is achieved)
1 mashed banana
1 egg
Green Smoothie:
1 chopped apple
1 chopped banana
About 2/3 cup spinach
1/2 cup water or almond milk
Berry Oatmeal:
1 pack instant oatmeal
Milk (according to instructions on oatmeal packaging)
Strawberries, blueberries mixed with sugar to create berry syrup
Salad Rice Bowl:
Pre-made microwaveable rice
Avocados, cherry tomatoes & feta cheese
Baked chicken breast
Pita Bread Sandwich:
1 x pita bread (toasted)
2x ham slices
1x sliced tomato
Handful of lettuce or spinach
Chilli Oil Fried Rice: (adapted from
4 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
2 eggs
Leftover rice
1-2 tbsp of soy sauce
1-2 tsp of chilli oil
Fried Potato Cakes:
2 boiled and mashed potatoes
Seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder)
1-2 tbsp of flour, keep adding more until a dough like consistency is reached
Cheese
Oil for frying
