🛒Ingredients:
– 250 gr of broccoli
– Green onions
– ½ orange bell pepper
– ½ red bell pepper
– 3-4 cloves of garlic (according to preference)
– 3 eggs
– 100 ml of whipping cream (33-35%)
– 50 gr of Parmesan cheese
– Salt, ground black pepper.

📃Preparation method:
1. Grate 250 gr of broccoli.
2. Finely chop green onions, ½ red bell pepper, ½ orange bell pepper, and 3-4 cloves of garlic (optional).
3. In a bowl, add 3 eggs, 100 ml of whipping cream (33-35%), 25 gr of Parmesan cheese, and mix.
4. Season with 1tsp of salt and ground black pepper.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish (22x22cm).
6. Smooth the top and sprinkle with 25 gr of Parmesan cheese.
7. Place it in a preheated oven at 200℃ (℉) for 35-40 minutes.
