Here is a simple and quick to make a healthy sandwich using baked beans and other vegetables.

Ingredients :
bread slices
canned baked beans
cheese
ghee or butter
onion thinly sliced
capsicum thinly sliced (optional)
tomatoes finely chopped (optional)

Method:
1. Smear some ghee or butter on one side of the bread
2. place one big spoon full of canned baked beans on the non-ghee side of the bread.
3. place the thinly sliced onions , capsicum, tomatoes on the beans
4. place some cheese slices or grated cheese
5. place the second bread on the top with ghee side on top.
6. place in the sandwich maker for 3 minutes or until the bread is a nice golden brown.

Your healthy baked beans sandwich is ready.
Have it for breakfast, as a tea time snack or even as a late night snack.
