Soya beans are a great source of protein and can be used in a variety of dishes. In this recipe, we’ll be making a delicious and flavorful Soya Beans Masala that’s perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients :

1 cup soya beans (boiled)
2 onions, chopped
1 tomato, chopped (without seeds)
1 green chili, chopped
1½ tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp mustard & cumin seeds
½ tsp coriander powder
1½ tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/3 tsp chaat masala powder
Salt to taste
Pepper for flavour
2 tbsp oil
Water – 1 cup/200 ml
Corn starch water – ¼ cup
