Cut down on high calorie carbohydrates by using this low-calorie, low carb, healthier, grain free, cheaper, fresher vegan cauliflower rice alternative to normal rice. This amazing cauliflower stir fry is made from a fresh medium sized cauliflower and other easily obtained ingredients. Whether you are on a diet or trying to lose weight or even just want variety in your diet. You can do it yourself at home using a whole cauliflower which is cheaper than pre-packed alternatives and will yield far more cauliflower rice than the packed rice bought in stores. Great for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
1 Medium Sized Cauliflower
2 Tablespoons Mild Olive Oil
1 Piece Sweet Red Pepper
1 Scallion (Spring Onion)
¼ Sweet White Onion
¼ Red Onion
½ of a Carrot
2 Tablespoons Sweetcorn
A Sprinkle of Black Pepper
A Pinch of Sea Salt
½ Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Garlic Granules
1 Teaspoon Onion Granules
1 Large Egg
1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
