• 1/3 cup extra thick rolled oats
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
Blueberry Lemon Burst
• 20-30 grams vanilla whey protein powder
• tbsp shelled pistachio nuts
• ¼ tsp lemon flavor extract
• ¼ tsp turmeric
• 4 tbsp low calorie blueberry Greek yogurt
• ½ cup frozen blueberries

Tropical Sunrise
• 20-30 grams vanilla whey protein powder
• 1 tbsp shredded coconut
• 1 tbsp chopped macadamia nuts
• ¼ tsp coconut flavor extract
• 4 tbsp low calorie key lime Greek yogurt
• ½ cup frozen mango & strawberries

Cherry Chocolate Almond Delight
• 20-30 grams chocolate whey protein powder
• 1 tbsp cacao nibs
• 1 tbsp slivered almonds
• 1 tbsp almond butter
• ¼ tsp almond flavor extract
• 4 tbsp low calorie cherry Greek yogurt
• ½ cup frozen cherries, cut into halves or quarters
