Tikki or Patty is a very popular snack and street food of India.
Indian Tikki is normally made with boiled potato and a blend of spices and herbs, which are either deep fried or shallow fried and served with chutney.

And now, here is a very healthy version of Tikki made with OGMO Millet Raabdi, Yes, you read it right.

Best of all, it’s ready in few minutes.

Little Minor sprouts Tikki/pattie

Step 1 – Take one pack of OGMO Millet Raabdi in a bowl and add half cup water in it. Leave it for 1 minute to soak the water.
Step 2 – Add 1/2 cup sprouted moong dal, 1 boiled potato, a little chopped coriander leaves and mix all well to make a dough.
Step 3 – Make small patties or Tikki.
Step 4 – Deep fry them or shallow fry in appe pan.
Serve it with chutney or sauce.

PS;
– Salt level is kept to the minimum in OGMO Millet Raabdi to make them a healthy food. You may need to add extra salt according to your taste.
– One pack of OGMO Millet Raabdi witll make about 8-9 small tikkis.
