Ingredients:
150g mushrooms
salt and pepper
200g firm tofu
1/4 cup brown sugar
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp mushroom powder
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp potato starch
olive oil for pan frying
