Roasted cashew nut- 1/3cup
Roasted Sesame seeds-1/3cup
oats -1cup
Roasted sorghum coarse- 1/4cup
jaggery-1/3cup (increase or decrease as per taste)
ghee- 2-3tbsp (for binding)
milk- 4-6tbsp (add 1 tbsp at a time)
Cinnamon- 1Tbsp
salt- 1/2tsp
baking pdr-1 tsp

Lunch Recipe

stir fry sauce
Schezwan sauce- 2 Tsp
Tomato Ketchup- 1 Tsp
Soya Sauce- 1 Tsp
Toasted Sesame Oil- 1Tsp
Black Pepper-1/2tsp

lemongrass roots chopped – 1tbsp
garlic-1tbsp
ginger-1tsp
onion chopped -1
capsicum-chopped 1
stir fry veggies of choice chopped -1cup
tofu

drizzle sauce
peanut butter- 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce-1tsp
sugar-1/2tsp
coconut milk-1 tbsp
hot water- 2-3 tbsp

serve on bed of lettuce or favorite greens
