3 oz cooked sliced, Chicken breast
1 slice Sourdough Bread
2 tablespoons Lemon Spread
6 Cooked Asparagus
1/3 cup Cooked Mushrooms
Lemon Spread
3 tablespoons Mustard
1/3 cup cilantro leaves
Grated peel of one Lemon
Pinch Pepper
1/3 cup Greek Yogurt
Prepare sauce: mix mustard, lemon juice, and peel, salt, pepper, and mix. Add yogurt and spread one or two tablespoons over the bread. Add mushrooms, chicken, and serve with asparagus on the side.
