Ingredients

Besan
oats

Procedure

Take 1 &1/2 cup of quick cooking oats fry them and grind to a semi fine powder

Add 1 &1/2 Cup of besan( gram flour)

Add salt as per taste

Pour water about 1&1/2 cups

Mix it well

Add carrot, onions, green chillies, curry leaves, moringa leaves, tomato and your favourite veggies

Spices optional

Mix it well

Add water if required

Smooth flowing consistency required

After making the batter cover it for 30 minutes

Flame should be low

Heat a pan and apply oil

Pour batter on tawa or pan cook both sides

Serve with coconut chutney
