Fried cauliflower rice ingredients:
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp onions diced
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 small bunch green onions chopped
Half of a red bell pepper dices
1 bag of cauliflower rice
1 tsp dried ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp pepper
½ sea salt
2 eggs
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp tamari sauce

Instructions for the cauliflower rice.
Add the sesame oil to a hot skillet.
Sauté the onions until translucent.
Add in the garlic and fry for a couple of minutes.
Add in the green onions and bell pepper and stir occasionally until soft.
Add in the cauliflower rice, cook the rice for 5 minutes.
Make some room in the middle of the skillet and crack in the eggs.
Fry the eggs until they are done and mix them in with the rice.
Now add in the spices, a little bit more sesame oil and the tamari.
Combine well and let this come together for 5 minutes on a low to medium heat.
