Jovial Organic Einkorn All Purpose Flour 32oz (Pack of 5)

Dry ingredients:

3 cup flour Einkorn All-purpose flour ( your choice)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 Tbsp sesame seed
1 Tbsp pumpkin seed
1 Tbsp sunflower seed
1 Tbsp millet seed
1 Tbsp flaxseed
1 Tbsp quinoa seed
1/4 cup olive oil

*Note: Blend seeds with the flour first and then pour in the center the olive oil set aside.

Wet Ingredients:

1-1/4 cup water (115-120 degrees)
1 Tbsp yeast
1 Tbsp Honey or Agave

*Note: Stir well and let stand for 5 minutes or until yeast fully rise.

Direction:

1 Take flour, salt and seeds and mix well together

2. Pour your oil in the center of you flour mixture and mix will until you come to a ball shape.

3. After that, start to kneading dough in the bowl for 3-4 minutes.

4 Oil your 9×4 loaf pan and add in your bread dough and tap on the bottom to release air from the dough. Put in the oven and proof for 30 minutes on (warm) or at 200 degrees.

5. After 30 minutes, bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees
