Spinach Fig Tikki | Healthy Recipe

Ingredients
Water – 5 t0 6 cups
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Spinach – 250 gm
Garlic – 2
Dry fig – 100 gm
Salt – as per taste
Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/4 tsp
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Bread crumbs – 2 tbsp
Oil – for frying

Method
In a pot add water, salt, and spinach. Let it boil for a few seconds. Make sure not to overcook the spinach.

After a few seconds, transfer the spinach to a bowl.
Squeeze out excess water from spinach and place it in a grinder jar.
Grind for a few seconds.
Add garlic, salt, dry fig, garam masala, cumin powder, pepper powder, olive oil.
Grind nicely.

Transfer the mixture to another bowl.
Add bread crumbs and mix well.
Shape the spinach mix.
Place tikkis on the pan and shallow-fry till evenly golden on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
Serve hot with sweet red chilli sauce.
