Ingredients:
‌1tsp Oil
‌1tbsp Garlic
‌1tbsp Green Chilli
‌1/2cup Onions
‌1/2cup Carrots
‌2tbsp Sweet Corn
‌1/2cup Capsicum
‌2tbsp Tomato Ketchup
‌1tbsp Chilli Flakes
‌1tbsp Oregano
‌Salt, to taste
‌1cup Cheese Mozz
‌1/2cup Maida
‌5tbsp Water
‌Salt, to taste
‌10-12slices Bread

Method:
‌In a kadhai, add oil, garlic and chillies. Once sauteed well, add onions, carrots and sweet corn.
‌Add tomato puree, salt, capsicum and seasonings. Sautee again for 2mins. Lastly, add grated cheese and keep aside to cool
‌In a small bowl, add maida, water and salt. Mix well until combined
‌Cut the crust of the bread and then using a rolling pin, flatten the bread slice. Add a spoonful of the filling in one half of the bread and a small piece of cheese
‌Turn the bread on other side and pinch together the edges to seal.
‌Once the oil is hot, add the bread pizza pockets in it and let them turn golden brown. Serve hot with ketchup, green chutney and chai
