Ingredients (for 4 total burritos)

For the chicken:

• 400g raw chicken breast
• Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper
– Cook on medium heat for 5 mins each side then shred into pieces

Mac & Cheese sauce:

• 300g light cream cheese (Brand: Philadelphia lightest)
• 40g low fat cheddar (Brand: Aldi)
• 50-60ml low fat milk
• season with 1 tap garlic & onion powder, paprika, pinch of salt & pepper
– Blend till smooth

In a pan on low heat:

• 120g uncooked pasta (280g cooked)
• Cheese sauce
• Shredded chicken
• Low calorie wrap (brand: Mission)
• Add equal amount per burrito
• Toast in a pan
