here are the list of Ingredients
I medium avocado
4 romaine lettuce
quarter red bell pepper
quarter yellow bell pepper
spring onions
1 medium tomatoes
half of small cucumber
salt to taste
1 tablespoon or more olive oil
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice.
