90ml almond milk=15cal
vanilla essence few drops
1-1.5tbsp sweetener(adjust to taste)
bake at 180°C for 25-30minutes un a pan half filled with water

in a separate pan
1 tbsp swerve /2tsp sugar
drop of honey
1tbsp water
cook untill brown
spread immediatly aboe cold pudding and spread evenly

total=55kcal for whole recipe
(if using sugar its 90kcal approx)
