Pink Flower Bread with wheat flour.
This flower bread is made using Pink bread dough.
I made the pink dough with wheat flour and semolina. And added beet purée for the pink colour. So, neither dye nor artificial colour is used.
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Semolina
1 tsp khandsari Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Instant Yeast
1 Tbsp Beet Purée
1 tsp Oil
1/4 +2 Tbsp lukewarm milk for kneading
Mix everything, knead for 10 min approx and form a smooth dough.
Proof it for an hour.
Cut small roundels.
Roll.
Place 6 roundels vertically overlapping each other.
Roll.
Flowers are ready.
Proof for 15-20 min
Brush milk and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Preheat air fryer at 189 deg C fir 3 min or Otg at 200 deg for 7 min.
Bake in preheated oven. 10 min in air fryer. 20 min in Otg.
Take out, brush butter.
Serve to your loved ones.
