Best yogurt bowl if you ever feel like treating yourself please make this for breakfast!!
I wanna say that the salted caramel layer is optional but honestly it was the best part so I highly recommend including that
PB & chocolate yogurt bowl
ingredients
– 350g plain yogurt (~1 1/2 cups) –
2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter – 1 1/2 tbsp salted caramel
– 40g dark chocolate, melted
– Toppings: salted peanuts, flaky salt & edible flowers
method
1. Mix the yogurt and the peanut butter together in a bowl (melt the peanut butter in the microwave for 10-15 secs if it’s too thick). Spread it evenly.
2. Add the salted caramel layer.
3. Pour the melted chocolate on top and spread evenly. 4. Add the toppings and freeze for 20 mins.
