#madhurisfoodmagic High Protein Moong Waffle! (Gluten free and perfect in weight loss journey)

This Savory waffle super nutritious, high in protein, and perfect in Weight journey. This is not only perfect in weight loss journey, even everyone (kidstoo) will love it..

In one serving- 210 cal
Protein:- 11g
Fat:- 2g
Carb:- 38g

Ingredients;- (serves 2)
-2 cup soaked moong beans (overnight)
-2 tsp rice flour
-salt
-chaat masala
-red chili
-Hing (optional) (pinch)
-coriander seeds 1 tsp
-chia seeds (1/2 tsp)
-Pumpkin seeds (can add any seeds of your choice)
– shredded almonds
Water for grinding
Olive oil

Direction;-
1. Rinse and soak over night.. grind, soaked moong into a smooth batter using 1/4 or 1/2 cup water. Add al the spices and nuts, seeds and mix well.
2. Preheat the waffle maker. Once it is ready. Add a big spoon of batter into each cavity and shut the lid. Remove onto a plate when done.
3. Serve with green chutney (recipe is up in reel section)

Note:- 1. if you don’t have waffle maker than you can make pan cakes, chila and appe too.
2. You can add semolina or gram flour instead of rice flour.
