Healthy Peanut Salad
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup – Cucumber Chopped
1/2 Cup – Tomato Chopped
1/2 Cup – Green Capsicum Chopped
1/2 Cup – Red Bell Pepper Chopped
1/2 Cup – Yellow Bell Pepper Chopped
1 no – Apple Chopped
1/2 Cup – Pomegranate (Anar Dana)
Method:
Take Big Bowl and add above Ingredients and Mix Very Well and Keep in Fridge Make a Chilled
Dressing:
Chutney:
Ingredients:
4 no – Green Chilli Spicy
1 no – Green Chill Less Spicy
1/2 no – Raw Mango Chunks
1/3 Cup – Jaggery
1/2 Cup – Coriander Leaves with Stem
2 inch – Ginger
1 tsp – Cumin
Salt to taste
10-15 no – Mint Leaves
1 no – Ice cube
Method:
Take a Mixie Jar and add above Ingredients and Grind and Make a Chutney
GARNISH
Take a Lettuce, keep in chilled water and cut and keep aside.
Take a
1+1/2 Cup – Roasted Peanuts Skin less.
Mix With Chilled Salad and add 5 Big Spoon Chutney Mix Very well, Check Salt according to taste.
Take a Big Deep Plate, Spread in Plate
And Put above Salad and Garnish with Anar Dana
Serve Chilled
