It’s so delicious that you can make it everyday! An Easy and Healthy Dinner Recipe
Ingredients and recipe:
16 Shrimps
Peel the shrimps
Put the shrimps in a large bowl
Pour some water
Wash the shrimps by hands
Place the shrimps on a piece of kitchen paper
Cover with a piece of kitchen paper to absorb the water
Put the shrimps in the bowl
Add some salt
Add ¼tsp white pepper
1tsp corn starch
Mix well
Add a bit of oil
Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes
5 Eggs
Add some salt
15ml milk (optional)
10g green onion
Add the chopped green onion to the bowl
Whisk with a fork
Pour some water into a pan
Boil the water
Put the shrimps in the boiling water
Cook for about 2 minutes
Pour it into a strainer
Pour the egg mixture into the bowl
Mix well
Medium heat
Vegetable oil
Pour the mixture into the frying pan
Cook for about 3 minutes
