RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 cup (90g) Oatmeal
Pinch Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar (optional)
2 Eggs (medium)
1¼ cups (300ml) Milk/water
30-40g Spinach

Directions:
1. Put oats into a powerful blender and blend into flour. Note: you can use store-bought oat flour.
2. Add salt, sugar eggs and milk. Blend until smooth. Add spinach and blend again until smooth.
3. Heat a small non-stick pan over low-medium heat.
4. Pour about 1/4 of the batter to the hot pan. Spread the batter evenly to create a thin crepe. Cook for 1 minute, flip and cook for another 20-30 seconds.
5. Repeat.
6. Serve with cottage, cream cheese, yogurt, nut butter, jam and more.
