Rajgira Atta / Amaranth Flour – 1 bowl
Sendha Namak / Rock Salt – ½ tsp
Kali Mirch Powder / Black Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
Hari Mirch / Green Chillies – 2 (finely chopped)
Hara Dhaniya / Fresh Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
Aloo / Potato – 3 (grated)
Water – As required
Desi Ghee / Clarified Butter – For cooking
For Dahi Wali Chutney:
Hara Dhaniya / Fresh Coriander Leaves
Adrak / Ginger – 1 inch
Hari Mirch / Green Chillies – 2-3
Neembu Ka Ras / Lemon Juice – 4 tsp
Sendha Namak / Rock Salt – 1 tsp
Sabut Jeera / Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Ice Cubes – 4-5
Dahi / Curd – 2-3 tsp
For Farali Bhel:
Farali Namkeen – 1 bowl
Boiled Aloo / Boiled Potato – 1
Kheera / Cucumber – ½ (finely chopped)
Hari Mirch / Green Chillies – 1 (finely chopped)
Hara Dhaniya / Fresh Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
Sendha Namak / Rock Salt – ½ tsp
Kali Mirch Powder / Black Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
Bhuna Jeera Powder / Roasted Cumin Powder – ½ tsp
Prepared Dahi Wali Chutney – 1 tsp
Anaar Ke Daane / Pomegranate Seeds – 2 tsp (as per taste)
