Chilli Garlic Fried Rice
Ingredients
3 tbsp – Oil
3 tbsp – Garlic Chopped
2 tbsp – Ginger Chopped
2 tbsp – Green Chilli Chopped
1+1/2 tbsp – Resham Patta/Kashmiri Chilli Paste
1/4 Cup – Spring Onion Green Part Chopped
1/2 Cup – Beans Chopped
1 Cup –  Carrot Chopped
1/2 Cup – Baby Corn Chopped
1/2 Cup – Broccoli Chopped
Salt to taste
1/4 Cup – Green Capsicum Chopped
1/4 Cup – Red Capsicum Chopped
1/4 Cup – Yellow Capsicum Chopped
1 Cup – Boiled Corn
1 Cup – Cook Rice
1/4 Cup – Spring Onion Green Part Chopped
Salt to taste
1 tsp – White Pepper Powder
1 tsp – Knorr Aromat Powder
1 tsp – Soya Sauce
1 tsp – Vinegar
Garnish – Spring Onion
Method :
Take a Kadhai and add , Garlic Chopped , Ginger Chopped, Green Chilli Chopped  Saute Properly in High Flame , Make little Golden then add Chilli Paste, Add Spring Onion Green Part Chopped. Add Chopped beans, Chopped Carrot,Baby corn , Chopped broccoli ,salt to taste mix Properly in High Flame , add all capsicum chopped Saute again properly ,add boil corn, add rice ,add sping onion green part , salt to taste , add white pepper powder, add Aromat Powder then add Soya sauce ,Vinegar ,mix properly and add little spring onion green part and Serve Hot
