70g / 2.5oz Grounded Chia Seeds

190g / 6.7oz Almond Grounds

1 tsp Baking Soda

1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt

45ml / 3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

15g / 1tbsp Brown Sugar Substitute (I use Sukrin Gold)

50g sunflower seeds

30g pumpkin seeds

1tbsp fennel seeds

5 eggs

45g / 3tbsp Irish Salted Butter (plus a know to grease the skillet)
