1 carrot with 1 egg! your kids will be asking for this for breakfast everyday
Ingredients and recipe:
Add 200g cooked rice to a bowl
Crack 1 egg in the rice
Mix well
Medium heat
Pour olive oil in the pan
Chop 1/2 onion
Add to the pan
Stir fry for 2 minutes
Chop 1 carrot
Stir fry for 3-5 minutes
Add to the bowl
Add 1tbsp all purpose flour
Add 2tbsp parmesan cheese
Add salt and black pepper
Add a pinch of crushed red pepper
Mix well
Add bread crumbs to a plate
Scoop the rice into balls
Dip the rice in the bread crumbs
Repeat
Pour olive oil in the pan
Place the rice balls into the pan
Fry for 3-5 minutes on medium heat
Done!
