Granola Recipe
3 cups of Oats
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Flax Meal or Flax Seeds
1/4 cup Hemp Seeds
1/2 cup Quinoa
1/8 cup Sesame Seeds
1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
1/4 cup of Pumpkin Seeds

Pre Heat oven to 350 Degrees

Melt 1-2 sticks of Butter with 1/2 to 1 cup of Maple Syrup or Honey
Once melted mix well in granola
