I used
Thinly sliced chicken breast
1/3 of a Zucchini
1/3 of a squash
10 mushrooms
Vegetable oil/olive oil
I am not in any way shape or form a dietitian, chef or even health conscious i just wanted to share a meal that I like to eat that is on the healthier side
