Curd Sandwich or Yogurt Sandwich or Dahi Sandwich recipe is a healthy, creamy, and wholesome sandwich loaded with fresh vegetables. Curd sandwich is an easy breakfast or snack recipe and a great tiffin box recipe for both kids and adults. Eat them toasted or as it is, either way, the curd sandwich tastes great!
Ingredients:
1. Curd – 1 cup (used as hung curd)
2. Onion
3. Capsicum
4. Cucumber
5. Coriander leaves
6. Chilli powder – ½ tsp
7. Salt – ¼ tsp
8. Chaat masala – ¼ tsp
9. Bread (can be even toasted)
