INGREDIENTS:
2 boiled egg
Onion 1 tbsp
Pepper powder to taste
Green chilli 2 pieces
Parsley to taste
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Mix well
Bread slice
Roll to thin
Cut the edges
Egg stuffing
Apply water
Seal well
Beaten egg
Coat with breadcrumbs
Fry until golden brown
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
