Weight loss routine details

morning drink:-
chia seed,
methi
jeera
take with one glass of worm water

smoothie recipe
oats + dryfruit+ fruts+daalchini+flexseed+honey .

breakfast:-
oats chila, besan chilla, brown bread , moong daal chila etc,.

mid breakfast
borwn bread with peanut butter/ fruits.

lunch
one bowl veg salid .
dahi(curd)+ daal+ brown rice+ vegetable.
or khichdi.

mid snack
roasted chane or dry fruits or rosted moong daal or brown bread with green tea

dinner:-
oats ki khichdi or roti with daal and vegetables or one plate papya or salid.

night drink
for mother:- take one glass of milk along with kasar or kalonji seeds.
for others:- green tea.
