Today I have shared a recipe for turning leftover rice into healthy dish 😊

Ingredients needed:
3 cups leftover rice
2 tbsp of cooking oil
2 tsp mustard seeds (mohri)
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
3 bay leaf (tejpatta)
1 large onion sliced vertically
1 medium sized tomato sliced vertically
1 and 1/2 cup moong (green) soaked and sprouted
Freshly chopped coriander
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
