4 High Protein Breakfasts Ideas from an RD

As a dietitian, here are four high protein breakfasts that I swear by number one smoked salmon toast up some whole grain bread and smear on a little light cream cheese or goat cheese and then add some smoked salmon in your favorite toppings. I like arugula, olive oil, lemon, and a little salt number two protein pancakes baby Kodiak cakes work great. I serve mine up with a little smear of peanut butter and a drizzle of honey skip the syrup number three breakfast tacos scramble up some eggs and veggies. I like mushrooms, Peppers, and spinach and then serve them in some warm corn tortillas. Add a little dollop of Greek yogurt as sour cream for an even extra protein boost and number four a fully loaded breakfast scramble. Toss in some potatoes, vegetables and eggs all in one pot, scramble it up and you’ve got yourself a really delicious and healthy high protein breakfast in no time.
