BLUEBERRY CRUMBLE
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup oat flour
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp agave syrup, maple syrup or hunny
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tbsp water

BANANA OATMEAL COOKIES
1 Banana, mashed
2 tbsp Unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup quick oats
1 tbsp oat milk
1 tsp vanilla
Cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Magnum Nutraceuticals Quattro Vegan)
1/2 cup blueberries

BLUEBERRY MUFFIN BAKED OATS CAKE
2 tbsp oat milk (add more milk as needed to create a thick batter)
1/4 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup oat flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Magnum Nutraceuticals Quattro Vegan)
Salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
Cinnamon
1/3 cup blueberries
1 tbsp quick oats

LOADED “YOGURT” BOWL
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use Magnum Nutraceuticals Quattro Vegan)
1/3 cup water or milk (more as needed)
Toppings I used: Pasokin peanut butter bite, dark chocolate, maple cereal, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, shredded coconut, high fibre cereal and freeze fried blueberries

PEANUT BUTTER BLUEBERRY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
1/2 cup frozen banana
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Magnum Nutraceuticals Quattro Vegan)
1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
3/4 cup milk or water
Toppings I used: maple cereal, peanuts and blueberries

COCONUT BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE
1 1/2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Magnum Nutraceuticals Quattro Vegan)
1/4 cup canned coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup water or milk
1 tbsp shredded coconut

TOFU “YOGURT” BOWL
1 (500 gram) package soft tofu, mashed till a cottage cheese consistency (you could also blend it to make it smoother)
1 tsp vanilla
Cinnamon
Toppings I used: raspberries, frozen banana, Brazil nuts, maple cereal, shredded coconut, mixed seeds, more cinnamon

1 banana, fresh or frozen
3/4 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
1/4 cup coconut milk
