Ingredients
3 very ripe bananas
3 free range eggs
3 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons
1/2 cup Greek natural yogurt
Pinch of bicarbonate soda
1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of whole meal flour
2 tablespoons honey
Method
In your Flat Stack ovenware dish (we recommend our 2L ovenware dish) mash your bananas with a fork.
Add in eggs and stir.
Add in yoghurt, honey, bicarbonate soda, oats and flour.
Mix until completely combined.
Clean the edges of your Flat Stacks with some paper towel
Put your Flat Stacks lid on and cook in oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees
Take lid off and cook for further 10 min or until skewer comes out clean.
