Shrimp “Fried” Rice
Ingredients:
• 1 cup cooked quinoa
• frozen shrimp (peeled and deveined)
• low sodium soy sauce
• 1 yellow onion diced
• frozen peas and carrots
• scallions
• sesame oil
• egg white (liquid)
• sautee pan
• small pot for boiling quinoa
