“Apple Salad”
Combine and Blend until stiff peaks:
2 c. Whipping Cream – liquid
¼ c. Sugar
2 T. Cornstarch
Add and Fold in:
¼ c. Celery, chopped fine
3 – 4 c. Apples, chopped, bite size pieces with skin
1 c. Miniature Marshmallows
½ c. Walnuts, chopped
