Whenever I’m in a calorie deficit, these are my go-to low calorie food items PART 20 🥤

Soda water
– If you love soda then you have to try this!
– I’ve been mixing soda water with all of my supplements lately and they’ve been sooo good
– To really curb that appetite, I’ve also been mixing this with cordial or zero sugar soda syrups. This has been keeping me really full, it’s practically 0 calories apart from the very small amount in the syrups, and at least it makes me feel healthier than drinking 100 cans of zero sugar soft drink 😂

Chow mein noodles
– Technically protein noodles
– Low in fat and high in protein
– Not sure about other brands or noodles, but @evergreenfoods.au stocks the one’s that I use which you can find at most supermarkets!

Blueberries
– One of the staple low calorie fruits out there
– Amazing for snacking or topping on pretty much anything
– Nothing much to say except for idk why I forgot to mention it until now haha
