1.Moong Daal Fritters Recipe:
Ingredients:
Moong Daal: 1 cup soaked moong daal
Paneer:Half Cup
Vegetable as per your choice(Corn,Onions, Capsicum, Ginger & Garlic Cloves, green chillies)
Spices: Garam Masala, Black Pepper, Chaat masala(any masala of your choice)
Procedure:
Chop All the vegetables in the chopper.Keep aside.
Grind the Moong daal along with ginger, garlic, green chilli. Add all the vegetables, the spices, salt to the ground Daal and mix.
Now add the paneer. Mix well. The fritter batter is ready.
Now line the tray with parchment paper and grease it with oil.
Place the batter in small portion in the tray.
Choose the ‘ Pakoda’ function of the Fryer and let it cook for some time.
In between take it out and flip the fritters.
Place them back and let it cook.
After 15 minutes, your super healthy and crispy fritters are ready.
2. Cheesy pizza Roll
Ingredients:
Bread: 5-6 slices
Vegetables: As per you choice(I used:Corn, Onions, Capsicum)
Mozzarella cheese: half cup
Italian herbs: as per your taste
Mayonnaise: 1 table spoon
Salt: as per taste
Chilli flakes: as per taste
Tomato ketchup: half table spoon
Procedure:
Chop All the vegetables in the chopper.
Add mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup, Italian herbs, salt and mix well.
Cut the edges of the bread.
Now roll them with the help of a roti roller to flatten them out.
Put the mix in it and seal the edges using little water.Â
Now line the tray with parchment paper and grease it with oil.
Place the rolls on it.
Put them in the Fryer and use’ Pizza’ function.
Flip it in between and grease it with little oil. Place it back.
After 15 minutes, your tasty Pizza roll is ready.
