Nutty protein flapjacks
Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup nut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup oat milk
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup choc chips (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
2.In a large bowl, mix together the almond butter, honey or maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
3.Add in the rolled oats, protein powder, chopped nuts, and dark chocolate chips (if using). Stir until everything is evenly incorporated.
4.Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly.
5.Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the flapjacks are lightly golden on top.
6.Allow them to cool in the dish for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
7.Once cooled, cut into bars or squares.
